WORRY-FREE GUARANTEE

When booking with us, mention the booking code WFG and in case you have to cancel your trip last minute due to the economic circumstances, we will waive all cancellation fees! We just want you to have one less thing to worry about. This guarantee is not valid for stays between December 20, 2011 – January 9, 2012 and February 12 - 26, 2012 and for group/event reservations (more than 3 rooms).

NO HIDDEN FEES GUARANTEE

Room Rate plus 20.45% taxes and service charge and your incidentals e.g. Food & Beverage is all you have to pay for! At Amsterdam Manor we have no hidden hotel fees. We do not have extra resort charges or additional surcharges of any kind.

The following services are even completely free of charge!

• Beach & Pool Lounges, Beach Towels and Palapa Huts
• Electronic in-room safe
• Rollaway Beds and cribs

Please Note:

• Children (2) up to 12 years stay free in room with parents.
• The 5th and 6th person pay each $20 additional in the Two Bedroom Suite.
• All rates include are Room-Only and are per room per night and do not include 20.45% tax and service charge
• For the Honeymoon Suite (max. 2 people) an additional charge of $55 upon the Superior Studio rate per night year round
• The Exclusive Penthouse Suite (max. 4 people) is an additional $50 upon the Two Bedroom Suite rate, per night year round and can be optionally booked in combination with the Penthouse Welcome Basket for $200.
